Ikigai

IKIKAI - Ikigai is a Japanese word meaning purpose of life / way of living life.  IKI meaning life and GAI meaning effect. The concept of Ikigai would help a person to sail through any circumstance - happy /sad / neutral. It is a combination of 4 things. Mentioned below are these 4 1. Work on what you are really passionate about / what you love to do. Pick up any successful person and he would recommend to take a job which involves work that you love to do. 2.  Work in an area where you are really best at. Best at something does not necessarily mean passionate about same thing or vice versa. For example, I love playing chess (passion) but I am not best at it. I am good at analyzing numbers does not mean I love doing it. 3. Work what you will be paid for Imagine getting paid for something which you love to do and you are best it. You could have done it for free as you love to do it but you are getting paid for it. 4. What the world needs For most people, even me
